I am not a moral-liberal! I am a libertarian-conservative who believes, unlike the authoritarians, that one's body is one's own property -- 100% of it! And yes, I realize that the boy is a minor who has not yet reached the age of majority. However, our society has tried adolescents (age 15 and younger) as adults in certain types of crimes. Moreover, there are laws that allow individuals, below the age of majority, to obtain majority status. I am personally aware of a number of cases wherein this has occurred. So yes, I am happy for that boy that he was able to get his wish before he dies.
