Are Prison Guards allowed to own guns in California, or just the criminals? Yes, and they have use the guns quite a bit. That has become a big issue--guards killing inmates.

One would think the cali taxpayers would be more supportive of guards killing inmates... I mean, a bullet is a heck of a lot cheaper than Lethal Injection or the Chair...

to#15 - I live not far....it was 22 degrees this morning, so I humbly suggest they do the usual thing - "Get naked, get outside, and get on your face" should be the bullhorn call.
Bonus to be had with this plan; when the inmates take a peek at each other's privates in 22 degree weather, the bragging rights will be stopped as well.
