I can relate. I used to have milky white skin when I lived in northern CA. I moved to AZ have more freckles now than I've ever had before.

I too can relate. I lived in Bangkok, Thailand for close to 5 months, and the sun ruined my skin. I had to have these special treatments. From under my eye down to my jaw, I had these huge patches of discoloration. It was splotchy, etc. So, I'm glad the President took care of it before it got to be a bigger problem.
