Stanley contends the law he is charged under violates his civil rights and he will be seeking a jury trial to have the ordinance declared unconstitutional.
What a dunce. Juries don't make findings of constitutionality. Judges do.

Jurys can and should decide if a law is unconsitutional. But we have been feed the old lawyers know best for us BS. That they can't and the judges well not let you bring up the arument. If you know your rights as a juror you can vote any way you want.

I've NEVER seen you two say a word against gun control or the gungrabbers. In my book, your silent consent puts you right there with Sara Brady and Rosie O'Donnel.
I've also never seen you two say a word that indicates that you support and encourage otheres to exercise their Second Amendment rights.
Where EXACTLY do you stand on this issue?
