The problem is finding the superfine sugar. No place here had it. The local grocery said they'd special order some for me, so the second batch will have to wait until then. Recipe for ya. Take regular granulated sugar. Place in food processor. Pulse several times. Instant super fine sugar.

I don't know why I didn't think about that. Wait a minute, I know why--too much sampling during the preparation.
Now I have to go out and get a food processor. Are they more expensive than 2 lbs of pulverized sugar?
