I and everyone I know personally, reads and understands the 2nd Amendment to be that gun registration violates the 2nd Amendment. We are not experts on the constitution but we do read and comprehend English very well. I mean, we do know what the meaning of is, is. So perhaps we're more intelligent than ex-President Clinton.
