Does Mr. Dalrymple have a dad working in the Airlines? I used to work with a Rich Dalrymple who once worked at Eastern at MIA. Just wondering.
To: Luis Gonzalez
I can't hear a durn-blast thnig Luis, but I know you're kicking butt and taking names.
Nice plug Luis - my fave essay will always be "There Stood Patriots". But several others press heavy for second fave.

I was wondering, how does one set up one of these shows. I'd like to do a radio show with Luis sometime. He and I live rather close by.

Chris

Do you know him? By chance, is your name Sam Ciancio?
BTW, you're probably ticked off that the show wasn't disrupted by some (your?) feeble hacking attempts.

"I was wondering, how does one set up one of these shows."
Type FR Radio or Free Republic Radio in the search and you will see the thread about how to have a show.

I can't get the Media Player to open either, I have tried 3 times.
Luis, I am SO disappointed! I really, really wanted to hear this! I will try for the archives tomorrow. I am sure you are doing an excellent job. My best to Mr. Dalyrimple.

BIG HUGS AND HOLIDAY WISHES TO YOU!!

Probably no relation, RBA.
From my understanding, his dad Lindford was a career military man. He passed on from lung cancer back in the late eighties.

Luis wrote one of the most eloquent essays I've ever read on Free Republic about one year ago. I wonder if someone has it bookmarked. It's about what being an American means to him.
Perhaps:
Becoming American; Elian Gonzalez and my journey to Freedom.Posted on 06/04/2000 01:24:30 PDT by Luis Gonzalez
