Not "enrolled"?
So if one just pays tuition but doesn't show up to classes, is that person given a pass? Probably. Of course the foreign student/education industry just want the money anyway.

Doubt it. Those Saudi harassers of Zewdalem Kebede appear to be actual students.
FYI here a link on the background of the story. Wonder how Zewdalem is doing.

It is amazing that when the spotlight is on the INS they can seem to locate people here illegally and do their job. If they INS had been doing their job several of those terrorist would of never had access to those planes to murder thousand of innocent people. It took the murder of thousands of people for the INS to act. But, how about the other 11 million illegals that the INS has declared on numerous occassion that they have no intention of rounding up. It is going to take thousands more to die before the INS is ablolished and all of these criminal public officials are held accountable by United States citizens. The public should realize that the INS is nothing more than a travel agencey that aids illegals aliens and terrorist to get to their desired destination. The INS should be prosecuted for aiding and abetting illegal aliens and terrorist.

What's news in the INS actually doing its job and sweeping up illiegal aliens just for being illegal aliens. In that respect, you would be right. Hell, the JD jsut broke up that bus smuggling ring as well. I don't think we have seen a week like this since the Eisenhower administration.

Kind of makes you wonder what they did before they started enforcing our laws.

Let's see. I bet it costs about $100 to do a background check on someone you think might be an illegal alien. Suppose the government offered a $500 reward for turning in a genuine illegal (and stopped taking tips from unreliable sources). Now let's suppose you were wrong half the time, so researching and verifying an illegal would cost you on average $200. That's still a 60% margin.
I bet there are bill collectors and bail bondsmen who would love to add this kind of work as a sideline. Total cost to the Feds to clean out all 5 million wetbacks in Cali: $2.5B. Sounds like a lot but cheap compared to the INS budget ($4.2B in 2000)!
The government should be required to print the cost per criminal conviction of law enforcement in bold letters on the front page of your tax form.

"Many, many people come here from across the world looking for opportunity."...and the United States of America owes foreigners nothing.
There is no guarantee to any foreigner that a)we let him/her visit or b)we let him/her stay. They are all guests at our discretion and right now, we should accept no more "guests." We have at least 8 million illegal aliens in the United States. We have at least 300,000 foreigners ordered deported but who the INS cannot find! Further, the FBI is looking for 5,000 foreigners, not yet located, for questioning concerning the recent terrorism in the U.S.
We MUST stop all of them from coming in right now and begin deporting thousands right now.
I have yet to hear of the FIRST deportation of aliens since September 11th. So far, it is all talk. Even these arrests mean nothing until these people are thrown out of our country!
The American people should absolutely demand of their government these foreigners be thrown out and I mean, right now!

Good news! Didnt know that so many Muslims could really break the law. Thought they were law-abiding, honorable, peaceful people. Everyday there actions are making the prez look like he was brainwashed. Are there Muslims who actually follow the law and support this country?

To select or to choose.
Discrimination is good for America. Select what is not good and reject.
