The only way to Stop the terror is for Israel to show that I can use the same methods terrorists use, i.e killing inocent civilians. I know Israel can't do that under the international Pressure, but if it would "take out" let's say 10 arab vilages for every Israely killed, that would teach them fast.

A solid message to Islam would be the removal the Islamic presense on the Temple Mount. Start there and expel all Islamics from the land.
