In fairness, most Republican voters are not these types of people. Most of the voters are victims of the lies of the corrupt Republican leadership and their corporate media allies. However, many of their activists (the Republicans) are not committed to democratic processes. When you start hearing them promoting the idea that America is not a democracy but just a Republic (like the former Soviet Union?), you stand a very good chance that you are dealing with an enemy of American Democracy!

What a freakin moron! That was from a moderator? Doesn't even know what the heck a republic is! America a democracy? I can't believe someone could be that ignorant of basic civics. That post is a primo example of why public education should be abolished.
