Sounds like a man with a true understanding of the problems inherent in a 'Peoples Paradise'(Marxist Socialism/Communism).

You cut off the opportunities of producers, to make opportunities for the unproductive, and 'voila', ALL become unproductive, and either the church or the state must take over. And, if the church has been outlawed or abandoned, the state becomes omnipotent, decreeing everything and producing nothing, IMHO.
