Hmm... well I read somewhere that Mr Bin-liners kidneys were playing up... And I read some where else that kidney stones are one of the most painful condition to have (and long lasting). Now if he was captured he may have to be in such well guarded conditions that we won't be able to get a kidney dialyses machine to him... which would be rather unfortunate.. ;-)

I say that we wheel a dialysis machine up to his bedside and point out to him that the only machine that could be obtained on short notice was a coin-fed model.

Then hook him up and leave him (alone) with a roll of quarters...
