In my dealings with AT&T braodband, I can only say that it was a forgone conclusion that they would go bankrupt, it was just a matter of time. They have absolutely the worst customer service that any one could imagine. I could take pages to tell you the horror stories I had with them, but suffice to say, it was soooo bad that I am now a satellite internet user, and am much happier.

I can tell you one company, that is worse, with their DSL internet, actually TWO Companies, Qwest and MSN Broadband! They S(CENSORED..CENSORED..CENSORED)k!!!!

Well, I will grant you this: The customer service is pretty lame. They could spend a sheckel or two on that.
