It doesn't have to be. I think a lot of people tend to overreact for two reasons: 1) the fear of the "unknown," and 2) they take their cue from the media. If this is really smallpox, the media will be all over it and create a mass panic. Don't listen to them.

It is not unknown and is very serious and very scary.

Smallpox is some scary sh-t. Yes, it is! But never fear, the CDC has immunized its employees to tend to the dead and dying (that's us). For victory & freedom!!!
