Those are also the kinds of things to think about who will have them after you. I have a piesafe that has been in my family for over 100 years. It is really not worth much to anyone else. But it was passed from grandmother to granddaughter. My grandmother would have been 100 next May, and she got the piesafe from her grandmother. It is mine for awhile...but my granddaughter already knows it will be hers someday. I have also written the story of the piesafe, all the places I know it has been and my granddaughter will get that letter with the piesafe. Memories are everything.
