I don't see what can be done by the Western powers. It IS really up to the two groups ( SubSaharan Africa and the old Common Wealth groups ) to take a stand. That they haven't and won't, assures the complete destruction and starvation of Zimbabwe ; followed by South Africa, Malawi, Kenya, et al.
