This Magazine has to keep its record going, they featured on the cover Hitler, El Douche, Tojo, Charles Manson why not Binnie the mass murderer?

The "Time Magazine Person of the Year" has become as insignificant as the magazine itself.
I'd like to review the criteria used for the selection process. No, that's not true, I really don't care to read Time's flimsy rationalizations.
