Jim, I love coming to this site. Here I find friends, and weird commentors. But, I love coming here. I can find all the news that's really important. I can also make my opinions known or keep silent; I can blow off steam, or just ROTFLOL.

My suggestion is this: Why not have a subscription service; styled as you already have it. Let people come to the site for nothing, but in order to post, you must subscribe for a year. I do that for Rush Limbaugh, and I'm sure I would be willing to do that for FreeRepublic.com

Before I found this site, I thought I was the only person in the world who loved America and hated Bill Clinton. Then I found Rush - then he talked about FreeRepublic.com

Thanks for all you and John do to make this a place where grassroots America can get together and find out how great a country we live in and what a great bunch of people Americans are; even if there are a few weirdos.
