All these separate identities had me confused, too, until BobJ explained them to me on the cruise. I now know the low-down, but I leave it to you, he and other knowledgable people to explain it publicly.

To the others posting here, I'm no fool, and the non-connections between FR, FR Network and individual chapters has been explained to my satisfaction.
