No, I'm one of the people who, if I get a bad steak once, I will go back; but if I get what I think is a bad steak (*wink wink*) twice, then maybe I think about getting my steak somewhere else from now on.

Me, I keep going back, but I don't tip. And I fill out those "Tell Us What You Think" cards at every opporunity.
