No. It's because facists do not criminalize killings and crimes against the person, they criminalize ideas and point of views.
If America keeps thinking anti-abortion activists are criminals while those killings are not, then we are in big trouble. Liberals are Nazies by this criteria, and we got a huge amount of criminals in our backyards, willing to kill babies and willing to kill those daring speaking up, all that via government fiat.
