Okay, so this guy is a nutcase with back problems? Why then, does he require an assistance dog? Does the dog specialize in psychotherapy, or is it a chiropractor?

There's a woman in my area who has a dog who has been trained to help her with her physical disabilities. When this lady stands or walks, she sometimes loses her balance and the dog is trained to walk closely by her and use his body to keep her from falling. I guess there are actual programs for this (I forget the name for this). These animals are in the same catagory as seeing eye dogs.
