Consider a paradigm shift.....the passengers on the plane on 9/11 had their constitutional rights to protect themselves intact and were carrying firearms. I don't believe the end result would have been the same.
Please spare the messages of "You don't really believe we should have guns on planes, do you?" Instead, take away the larger message that the assumption that liberty and security are incompatible is just that...an assumption.
