I can think of a reason why one would file in the ONLY state court which said they didn't think it had merit. One would do that if one wanted to get publicity but did not want to actually continue with the suit. Especially if one is also being funded by people from the other side of the aisle, which is something I have maintained for some time.

Once again, I say that until JW releases its donor and expense records, I will continue to believe they are being funded in large part by the DNC and Senator Pantsuit.

MM they refiled in DC Federal Court again after being dismissed by Judge Lamberth and told they could persue in the state courts. But they didn't, choosing instead to refile in the DC Federal Court. So maybe your premise is at least worth considering.

My dear Miss Marple, for whom I hold the highest possible regard.

I think that your first premise is the more correct one. I think that your "pantsuit" theory is not well- founded. I have been as close to the situation as one can hope to be and still maintain one's objectivity, and I can honestly say that I do not believe that there is any connection between JW and "She" Who Must be Avoided. If that is true, then I totally missed it, and I am usually quite perceptive.

However, as usual, your mere presence has added so much to the evening, and I look forward to hearing from you again.
