EXCELLENT NEWS-LARRY KLAYMAN JUST SAID THAT THE LORAL SHAREHOLDERS CASE - *** HAS BEEN REFILED ***
Judicial Watch ^ | 11/24/01 | Larry Klayman

Posted on 11/24/2001 10:05:49 AM PST by ChaseR

Just a few minutes ago, at 1:45pm CST, I got through on the JW Sat. Radio program and asked this key question:

"Is Judicial Watch going to refile the all-important Loral Shareholders case?"

(here is the reply from Larry Klayman himself:

"The Loral case has been refiled in Judge Lamberth's court and even though this case is moving along slowly, it is has been refiled."

(I didn't tape my question or Mr Klayman's reply, but above is basically what was stated)

In #71 you said a mouth full! So true. Chase, are the "lost e-mails" connected to this in any way?

Judicial Watch broke the Chinagate Scandal.

I'm sorry. Refresh my memory. Which executive office official is serving time for that? How much has JW collected for their client in that matter? What difference did it make?

Are you serious? You must believe that taking out Clinton and Co. in the courtroom is possible - with the news media, any DC jury, the conned public (the media), the unwillingness of many Americans to ever see their President in a bad light...it wouldn't happen. We'd have daily DNC press briefing with all the free air time they asked for to spin in the cruelest, most deceitful ways. The press wouldn't investigate the numerous and inaccurate charges and Republicans would not be given the same platform to rebutt, nor would they be given time to make their case.

On the other hand, if a wise President chooses to clean up the mess and move on, take care of major international threats and the domestic agenda while remaining civil, focused, confident...he can unite the country, and by his courage and class more clearly define the selfishness, divisiveness and lack of character of the Clintons than any attempted hearing or trial.

You seem to be confused between CIVIL and CRIMINAL offenses. JW could only pursue CIVIL matters but in so doing he uncovered many CRIMINAL violations ... which are the DOJ's responsibility to investigate and prosecute. Now we all know why they weren't pursued when Clinton and Reno were in office. What's Bush's and Ashcroft's excuse for not doing so? Are you going to keep running from this question?

Here we go again. The dreaded "DC jury". Boooooooo!!!! So these are your EXCUSES for not even investigating the crimes? Wouldn't you like to know how many FBI files were taken by the DNC and put into DNC databases for later use in BLACKMAILING Republicans? I think it is rather pathetic that Republican's will just lie down and roll over before the DNC. Because if the GOP is willing to not even investigate crimes like MASS MURDER and TREASON because they fear the mainstream media and DC juries ... they've already LOST and its time for a new party to take their place.

We'd have daily DNC press briefing with all the free air time they asked for to spin in the cruelest, most deceitful ways. The press wouldn't investigate the numerous and inaccurate charges and Republicans would not be given the same platform to rebutt, nor would they be given time to make their case.

Exhume and autopsy Ron Brown's body and the press won't say a word. Every member of the DNC and mainstream media will be running for cover ... because if (WHEN?) the autopsy reveals that he was MURDERED, then there will be no spinning the Clinton administration's AND THE MEDIA'S complicity in a MASS MURDER tied to TREASONABLE activities. No spinning it. It's not about sex. Then after that crime is proven, the doors will be wide open to investigating everything else.

Ha! They'll LOOSE the next election because the DNC was allowed to STEAL two earlier elections and get away with it. And because they know they can get away with it they will do it again in the next election. Chinese money will be FLOODING into DNC coffers and there won't be a thing the GOP can do about it because if they even mention it, the DNC can just point out that they knew it earlier and did NOTHING. They will LOOSE because life long Republican's like me will decide that if the GOP is willing to hide the CRIMES of democRATS because it is politically EXPEDIENT, then they will likely hide their own crimes because that's EXPEDIENT. And if they'll do that then they may even COMMIT crimes because it will help them stay in power. So the end result will be that BOTH parties are CORRUPT beyond salvaging.

--with respect here, but exactly which past mess is in the process of being cleaned up? I don't mean all of a sudden noticing after the fact of the wtc attacks that there are thousands of terrs or potential terrs here, exactly which past domestic scandal or coverup are they actually pursuing right now?

Point two-the major "mess" with the klingons is this-take any ordinary bic lighter. Now flick it on, hold it on your hand as long as possible. Now, re-think the concept of "nuclear bombs" "missiles" "advanced technology transferred for a few measly bucks" "china" and 'treason", all the while contemplating this slight discomfort from that bic lighter compared to actual for real atomic weapons coming down at some point in time. Now, after that, ask yourself, do you want "polite"? How 'dignified" is being hideously burned to death and irradiated, anyway?

I think that's what some folks are getting at, it's really and truly that serious of a potential crime. WTC attacks -the ability to have them occur and happen- can be traced directly back to governmental in-action over long lengths of time, the same government of which 99.999% are still employed. future threats could make these attacks look like a firecracker fixzzle. The numbers in "government" and in the corporate cash bribes disgused as campaign contributions who have switched around since the last election are miniscule, it's teeny tiny. Now, some folks think this is a "bad idea" that some of these folks aren't being investigated further, that if we can incarcerate some small time punk for twenty years for a bag of this or a measly stick up there, that perhaps higher level crimes deserve a notice as well, and they (and me) think some of these folks need to go to the pokey, and their names ain't abdullah nuthin, and that might include a few walking around with pensions right now, alledgedly un-employed, but still working hard at being ratfinks in general.

I understand what you are trying to say, but there's no real reason why we can't have *both* these realities now, professionally run honest government, and clear the decks from the past dregs. All of the above, not just one or the other. There's lot of anger at joe abdullah, well deserved, we want to see the same or more anger and action taken at the ones who aren't named abdullah, their crimes are just as great, even worse in fact, as bad as it was and is, abdullah didn't attack his own country, did he? He declared jihad war and went for it, correct? He is a slimeball, but he's a foreign slimeball, and we sure got our own slime balls that need some po-lice action as well. Allowing them to skate free and clear is the worst precedent possible. And using some nutcase foreign slimeball as some sort of excuse to completely ignore our domestic ones is just a bad idea. In fact, it's such a bad idea, folks are starting to wonder a little exactly what's going on here. With good reason I would add.

It is always important to continue to pursue the truth. Eventually, maybe not now and maybe not 10 years from now, History will reveal the lies and crimes and overall abysmal record of the Clinton administration.

Chase, thanks for the ping.

I've developed a lot of admiration for your perseverance and tenacity. I hope some day we can work together on a local race or issue. I live near Willowbrook mall.

I share your opinion that what Clinton did was abominable and will most likely result in serious loss of American or allied lives.

However I don't believe a word Klayman says. Specifically I don't believe that "the" Loral lawsuit was refiled. Maybe some motion contesting the amount of court reporter fees owed, but not the stockholder derivative action.

Let's check with the court tomorrow.

Meanwhile, let's turn out the vote for Sanchez.
