Just a few minutes ago, at 1:45pm CST, I got through on the JW Sat. Radio program and asked this key question:
"Is Judicial Watch going to refile the all-important Loral Shareholders case?"
(here is the reply from Larry Klayman himself:
"The Loral case has been refiled in Judge Lamberth's court and even though this case is moving along slowly, it is has been refiled."
(I didn't tape my question or Mr Klayman's reply, but above is basically what was stated)
Hehe.
1. I'm not a Sagittarean. I'm just getting an early start on the brooding, and if I told you my REAL star sign...if you're into that sort of thing, you'd understand my "mopishness" **G**.
2. "Cranky old maid" and "West Coast" aren't choices. I can't stop the first (the aging part, and the old maid part IS a choice to spare men the grief of having me as a WIFE), and I've lived on the West Coast for 30 years, so I take it as my PERSONAL responsibility to act as resistance to some of the outrageous nonsense out here.
3. Not lamenting. I'm BROODING. There's a difference. LOL! (And believe me, I'll hang onto the "fresh" thing for as long as I can, from your and my mouths to God's ear.)
4. Right...if I go on with the cigs, my growth will be stunted. Give 'em up, and I'm a food addict. I've even switched to DIET Coke. That's almost like giving up a full-strength cup of coffee for me.
5. Sheboygan might be the pits, as far as you're concerned...but I rather miss the ol' U.P. of Michigan. Seems so quiet and nice there. And there CAN'T be more lefties there than in California!
6. Yes, I've heard of the Fabulous Thunderbirds. I'm not THAT old, damn it.
7. You know...a married woman doesn't ALWAYS desire beauty sleep at nights above everything else, but I don't want to go Dr. Ruth on you and have you think of me as anything else but the curmudgeon everyone has come to know and love as Merc on this board. **WRY smile!**
So don't worry unduly about my brooding, dear boy. It's all part of my so-called "charm".
My regards to your long-suffering wife. **G**
Judicial Watch has brought a class action derivative suit on behalf of the policyholders of State Farm Insurance Company against State Farm and its top executives for improperly paying Bill Clinton's legal fees and expenses. Clinton pressured State Farm Insurance to pay his legal expenses in Paula Jones' lawsuit despite
the fact that insurance policies do not generally cover intentional conduct of defendants, such as Ms. Jones' alleged sexual harassment and libel related claims.
Talk is cheap, it would behoove those who only criticise to actually make their own serious and concerted effort, come back here to free republic in a non-anonymous mode, and offer what they have accomplished so far, what their goals are, and invite commentary at that point on their efforts at that current time. Let them poke a really large, name brand recognizable scandal tiger in the nose at their own non-anonymous 24/7/365 peril, and with their forms of funding they can come up with.
This seems most reasonable, and logical.. There's complaining, then doing.
I am not a fan one way or the other on all klaymans efforts, like many,I would like to see serious results. I think, among other reasons, he always runs smack dab into "the fix is in" reality wall. So, I invite anyone else who really wants to, to try their luck and skills, to "go for it", please by all means enter the lawyers and governments legal guild system and do battle, forthrightedly.
Myself, personally, I think trying to crack long standing and pervasive governmental corruption, that includes murder and the theft of billions, at very high levels, is at best a worthy goal, and in a day to day practical sense, "they" will squash you like a bug if you get close enough to be a credible threat. Anyone who wants to dispute that, by all means, after you! Show us "the way" to do it! On a small local scale I think it is possible, anything from the county level up, I would say it's so close to being impossible as to be almost silly to try. that doesn't make it non-worthy, but....
The current "Hallelujah, we got change!" administration is perfectly capable of doing- and effectively doing-what klayman and some others are attempting to do. They are not. They have not, with 11 months "give them time" to "get started". I predict they will not, either. 3 years from now we will see if they get rewarded for their non-efforts. I bet they will. "Hallelujah, we got change!" If they have at that time in three years actually busted, prosecuted and locked up huge numbers of high level fatcat abusers from the entrenched establishement, including the goonkings boys and lackeys and various pols, I will publically say "gee, I was really, really wrong". I am not sweating having to do that.
