How do I post pictures?

I hate to take space even asking this but I've looked at the Sandbox and the HTML stuff and I can't figure out how to post a humorous photo I want to share. Can it be explained very easily?

Man, she has some seriously bad teeth. Actually, has anyone ever noticed the many politicians who have horrible dental issues? McConnells teeth, for one, are atrocious.

Oh yeah. My father was a dentist. I notice that stuff right away. Smokers, coffee and tea drinkers really need to bleach their teeth or they look really really bad.
