We need to start enforcing current anti-sodomy laws, pass new anti-sodomy laws in states which have repealed them, and increase the severity of punishment for these crimes against society. My own feeling is this needs to be a capital crime once again.
What kind of laws do you have in mind?
Will you punish anal variety of sodomy more harshly than the oral version?
Would both forms of heterosexual sodomy---anal and oral---be legal, or would they be illegal as well?
