EVERYONE agrees that killing a 6 year old child is murder- that's why it's so clear cut and the corresponding laws passed- we ALL agree on this issue. However, NOT everyone agrees that killing an unborn child is murder. You won't find any argument from me on that- or on this entire forum (from my experience)- but that's not the issue. At issue is the fact that there are enough people who believe killing an unborn child is not murder that laws have not been passed.I think you would get about 50/50 who feel it is not unlawful to kill someone who rapes a family member especially a child
So by your logic it should be legal until a large majority find it illegal
P.S. the same arguement could be advanced agaist or for drugs
I think you would get about 50/50 who feel it is not unlawful to kill someone who rapes a family member especially a child I disagree- I think you'd get 50/50 who want to kill someone who rapes a famly member. But I digress...
My post was an attempt to explain why we don't have laws forbidding abortion and is not my logic. Clearly, the logic does not follow in all cases. While we're on topic, why DON'T we have laws forbidding abortion!?
