Allowing the ownership of other human beings based solely on the circumstances of their birth is political fraud and corruption. Thank God for Lincoln, the Radical Republicans, and the North's victory.
Allowing what would be called at best an apartheid supporter to run ramshod all over the Constitution of the United StateS for whatever purpose, only to bring slavery to the forefront when he had lost support everywhere else, is not only political fraud and corruption, it's unconstitutional. It was shoved down my throat for 17 years in schools and college, believing it to be the right up there with the Holy Word of God(or at least that's what I was told). Then I actually read the other side, yes there is one. Try it. You'd be amazed at what you might see
