A quick flag to hopefully generate interest in countering the scheduled "Peace March" from NYC to the Pentagon, 1 to 31 January, 2002. I have e-mailed the contact but have heard nothing in reply - maintaining a watch on the peaceniks web pages and will post their plans as soon as they are available.

Regardless (if the peaceniks do not march) - it might be a good idea to ring in the New Year on a note of "Freedom and Unity" - A Patriot Rally on 1 Jan in NYC followed up later with a second event in D.C. Let me know if there is any interest. Pinged non-east coast FReepers who have been out there facing the leftist/traitors or otherwise shown support to our efforts. Any and all support in attempting to put together a major event is most appreciated and valuable.

If I lived back there I would freep right along with the east coast freepers. I am there in my heart. So Far Las Vegas has been going all out to suppport Bush. The casinos all have " One Nation Under God" .....Support Our Troops" God Bless America" etc. on every single casino huge tv screen outside that they normally used for ads for thier entertainment.

Flags are on every other light pole down the streets and tons of stores and shops are flying the Flag.

Keep me posted how it is going. Tomorrow I am putting some of the pictures from the Fresno freep at the Canteen thread and I would love to put some of D.C.s there too when it is my turn ( every other time with Billie) to do the Canteen thread.Thanks soooo much for all you do.
