Why do you feel it's UPS' fault if you clearly mislabled the package and dealt directly with a 3rd party interested in a profit?

It appears the business relationship is with MBE. NOT YOU! Take it up with MBE.

As for me, I'll continue to UPS for all my shipping as the alternatives are unacceptable. FedEx and USPS are horrible!
