Memo to Bill: Stay Away
Yonkers: As someone involved in and affected by the events of Sept. 11, I have a request for former President Bill Clinton: Please do not attend any event that involves the members of the New York City Fire Department. Do not attend any memorial service, concert or other gathering. And, most importantly, do not set foot on that hallowed site known as Ground Zero.
In my opinion (and it is one shared by most of my FDNY brethren), Mr. Clinton is the single individual in this country most responsible for the events of that infamous day. His emasculation of the military and our intelligence agencies contributed significantly to the evil perpetrated on so many innocent Americans.
Please also forward this request to his spouse and their treacherous coterie of blame-America-firsters, multiculturalists and anti-military elitists. Also, tell him that he has finally discovered his legacy: It sits as a smoldering ruin at Liberty and West Sts.
Lt. James McCaffrey, FDNY

Good one:
"sure they published it but the headline probably read: "right wing extremists warn the hallowed Bill Clinton to stay away"

I bought a FDNY hat at the airport to show my grief for just one of the many groups of victims from 9-11.Ill wear it with pride even though I live in St Louis and am not a fire fighter.I hope noone thinks I shouldnt wear it.But I know if I go to ground zero it will be to mourn and grieve.I agree with the LT,Clinton would profane that sacred ground.I am concerned with the hat though,am allowed to wear it for the reasons abovementioned?Or should I just keep it at home on the mantel?

Yeah, thanks for the flag! GREAT note. The liberals/socialists continue their power grab; this letter says it SO well.
9/11 woke up a lot of those still sleeping after Waco, impeachment, Elian. I do hope and pray we are all awake enough to prevent voter fraud in coming elections. That *really* concerns me. I worked the polls again last time...interesting, scary. -- cynic#456,789

'Tell him (Bill Clinton) that he has finally discovered his legacy: It sits as a smoldering ruin at Liberty and West Streets.'My vote for quote of the year.
Any conservative out there thinking of doing a video on Clinton's 'legacy,' a voice-over narative of this letter would be excellent final closing footage.

Now we should Freepmail the Daily News Editorial page letting them now how much we support this Fireman's request to the Clintons! Especially NYers, but everyone else as well!!!

Thanks for the ping. I was out of town over the weekend and came home to this great news. Now if everyone, particularly NYers but not limited to them, would FREEP MAIL the NY Daily News saying we agree wholeheartedly with the good fireman's request to the Clintons!

I know for a fact that Clinton went to the funeral of one of the captains of the FDNY. Lt. McCaffrey's letter is responding to something that has already happened - it's not hypothetical.

The Democrats are losing their punch card ballots in FL. That should help.

This inscription should be added to the Statue of Liberty.
Sir, you and your bretheren have just written his legacy. This is now a National Historic Document.
We should pass it around...especially to newspapers. Why should those without computers be left unaware of what their countrymen, who know, and have learned from their own spilled blood, have to report to them? This IS history. It is not journalism, or politically self-serving spin. It is the truth.

. . . tell [Clinton] that he has finally discovered his legacy: It sits as a smoldering ruin at Liberty and West Sts. Lt. James McCaffrey, FDNY 2001 New Year's legacy bump.

BTTT for what remains of the most corrupt Presidency in history..but I fear there will be more trouble for years to come..He fiddled around as our safety burned!

. . .the most corrupt Presidency in history No arguments here. And not only corrupt, but he's made a laughingstock of our country by having released terrorists as he exited the White House. What a disgusting, immoral, pig.
To: nicmarlo
. . .the most corrupt Presidency in historyCorrect.I think the worst thing he did was free the Puerto Rican terrorists to buy the PR vote for his pigwife.

Hey MurryMom, over here!

I think the worst thing he did was free the Puerto Rican terrorists to buy the PR vote for his pigwife. I will continue praying that this will come back and haunt them the rest of their political and physical lives.

It's a sad fact that the liberal revisionists will silence this voice. An earlier post noted that the VH1 rebroadcast of the McCartney concert had mysteriously been wiped of the Hillary BOOs!
Lying takes many forms and he is world class.

I see you're up to your old tricks again. You pull that link out for anyone with whom you disagree so you don't have to dirty your little hands, and then accuse them of attacking you. And when the blistering light of truth illuminates your tactics and you've nowhere left to scurry, you cry "foul!" and seek protection in the arms of the moderator. You poor dear. BTW, you never told me whether or not it was in finishing school where you learned your trade.
