Bush needs Teddy Kennedy to get lots of nominations through the Judiciary committee. Kennedys crave fame an imortality more than ideology. I suspect Bush traded a building name for some Teddy votes for nominations.
It is the kind of thing that Democrats have done for generations. They have been good at getting Republicans to trade substance for recognition. Republicans have always lived to regret it.
Naming a building for a Kennedy in exchange for judges we can like, is a very good deal for our side.
Remember Klayman is not on either side in our political syste. He is just a man who has, from day one, been out for greasing his own pocket. I posted over a year ago that Larry was going to swap sides and try to milk Democrats for funds to go after Bush the way he milked Republicans to go after Clinton.

Klayman is about parting the suckers from their money. Always has been. Always will be.
Count me among the Suckers to the tune of $250. Oh well, live and learn!
If he can trade these "magic beans" for a "cow" then he has made the better deal. This is almost like buying Manhattan from the Indians for a bunch of beads...both sides ended up happy in their own way and, until much later, both sides thought they got the best part of the deal.
Gotta' know when to hold 'em and when to fold them.
