My guess is that the olive-skinned man was not middle-eastern, but from the Philippines. Terry Nichols travelled there often and stayed long and was near a terrorist training camp each time. He kept in touch by phone when he was in the States. Nichols the white supremicist (?!) married a teen-ager from the Philippines and murdered her child (not his).
