Hey I was getting excited. I want to see our troops shooting the Taliban while on the horses, I think that would be pretty cool.

When Rivero was here, he added link to his website to virtually every bit of nonsense he posted. Lighten up; if JimRob doesn't like it, he'll say so.

I still think we need to develop a lazer guided weapon that mounts to the saddle horn for times like this.ha! And I could swear that one of those special ops looks a lot like General Custer.Maybe he's getting his revenge?
To: Dengar01
If they can do that then they are Cav!
'course it would be really cool to give 'em some lances...
CHARGE!!!
Stick the Taliban like pigs.

Rumsfeld showed these pictures this a.m. on Fox News on some plane going somewhere.A reporter asked Rumsfeld what he thought when he saw the special forces on horseback. Rumsfeld replied, "I think I see some very special young people." YOu could hear the love and admiration in his voice.
I just love Reumsfeld interviews and press briefings. He's just as honest and straightforward as Bush and Cheney. Tells it like it is. what a breath of fresh air!

John Wayne Rumsfeld and the Cowboys rides again!

Call them dragoons? Oh I like that. Or if they were given lances it could be like Braveheart, hell send in some of the cast from Midevil Times.

#72 I really like him; he's in charge and everyone knows it. Overall, I believe he is Bush's best pick.

That donkey looks pretty well packed..ha!On Fox News, Rumsfeld said he thought the donkey under that load looked like a "cousin to my [Rumsfeld's] donkey, Mo."

I would much rather see the mules abusing PETA folks.

IT turns out that the SF, up until fairly recently (it probably got killed under Clinton) maintained a "muleskinner" training program, that is how to handle mules for pack transport.
Looks like time to expand their training basis.

Q: So what does that say about how things are being fought in Afghanistan?
Rumsfeld: It says that we have some terrific young people. It also says we have terrific leadership that will do whatever it takes to win. Bravo--and tally-ho!
To: SGCOS
SecDef Rumsfeld was the guest speaker at the Recruit Training Command's Graduation Ceremony today at Great Lakes, IL (north of Chicago).
