Frankly, for the most part it's a big yawn. A lot of people were hoping that it would cut the ground out from under the gospel accounts and the New Testament generally. Hasn't happened.
All the Dead Sea findings proved was the utter chaos Judaism was in at the time of their authorship. Does reinforce the Jewish roots of Christianity, but that is operative on the "like, duh" level.
The Nag Hammandi discoveries are more interesting.
