Fish? Manhattan Ocean Club or Le Bernardin

Gotta put in a good word here for the Atlantic Grill on 3rd Ave. in the seventies, best meal I've had all year. It's a bit noisy and always crowded, but the food is great and, while not cheap, they won't be shelling out Le Bernardin-style big bucks.

I had the yellowfin tuna with a seaweed crust and the molten chocolate cake. Yum.
