Yes, I do believe one of the Colombine monsters was rejected from the military for that reason. Never happened in my case. A teacher was never involved. As a very observant parent I realized something was 'just not right', and he was diagnosed by doctors. No social security benefits that I know of. And if we were eligible for them, I wouldn't be interested in them at all.
