NTSB reported that the plane took off at 9:13 and crashed at 9:17.
Four minutes is an awfully short time to develop "mechanical troubles" AND dump fuel. JMHO.
THOSE 4 minutes are the FOUR MINUTES I HATE when I fly - taking off....holding breath....
My prayers to the families of these crash victims, and any victims on the ground.
