Exactly what makes you think Flight 587 was terrorism? I agree there are lots of reasons to question the FAA on Flight 800 - but I have seen nothing yet on 587 that makes me think it was anything but mechanical failure...

Uh, Jethro, not all explosions are deliberate acts of sabotage...and I'm curious how a terrorist could get a bomb against the engine of a plane. If the explosion had happened in the midsection I might be more inclined to think it could have been a terrorist act. And the lack of holes in the cowling of the engine that fell off indicates mechanical failure, not a bomb explosion or missile attack...
