Sorry Attilah, I was not directing my post (#221) at you, but at some posters here who do not want breaking "unconfirmed reports". I think Free Republic provides a great service by providing a forum for individuals to post information from various sources.
Amen! FR is a fabulous forum for breaking news and I even appreciate the speculation that goes along with it. On the 11th, just after the second plane crashed into the WTC, one perceptive poster wrote "Osama Bin Laden". In retrospect, that post was incredibly chilling and oh, so accurate.
My prayers go out to all the families that will be affected by today's tragedy.
