Thank you. It's just I worked so very hard for days - weeks, actually - collecting and sorting and cutting and pasting, and this thread meant so much to me, and it just kept timing out every time and wouldn't even "preview", let alone "post". It's here now, and that's what matters. :^)

Thanks to all who have served our country and those who are serving now. We appreciate all of you!

This veterans weekend sure has been a quaudruple blessing for me! The school where I work at honored the vets by having students walk their mother or father who served upon a stage to receive a paper thanking them for serving our country, also giving each vet a flag to pin on themselves, and a carnation. Those who weren't escorted got recognized and it was a good feeling for all who attended!

My son got to have his son for this next week and I got to visit my grandson, and this Monday is my 49th birthday and its on Veterans Day, plus my wife is taking me out to a birthday supper along with my son and grandson! God surely has blessed this veteran this Veterans Day weekend! Grassontop
