In order for anyone to be offended, wouldn't they also have to have some knowledge of when and for what the flag was used for? As far as I know, they're not taught that! Hold up both the Cofederate and the American flag and ask the two black kids uder which flag was slavery more predominate. (of course this also only works if they know what nation the American flag flys over!)

Good Point! No socialized teacher would ever do this though. They probably couldn't recognize their own state flag, but I bet they celebrate Kwanzaa....Ignorance is bliss
