How did you get that smaller picture?
It is the same image, http://www.artsnacks.com/wtc/wtc_military_photo.jpg.
I just used the image parameters: width=676 height=672 for the small image that I posted,
instead of the original parameters: width=1687 height=1683 from the image that I linked to.

The real bottom line of changing the image dimensions like that is, if you set them to view at width=67 height=67 or width=16760000 height=16720000, the image is still 699194 bytes in size and will take the same amount of time to download either way.
But, the larger you set it to view from the original dimensions, the more distorted it will appear. :-)
