I am presuming they are "unguided". What kind of accuracy can they get from 30,000 feet?

I'm not sure, but I think they kick it out the back of a C-130 from a relatively low altitude.

By attaching a remotely steerable parachute to this thing it could be turned into a highly accurate weapon just by virtue of its mass.
