You are correct. I am a Dutchman living in Britain, at the moment. I was wondering what that economic law was called again, basically explaining how an advantage can become a disadvantage. After all, English is the lingua franca of the modern world; everyone needs to speak it. Thus, there is less incentive for English speakers to learn another language, which then turns into a relative disadvantage.

I spent a year or so at the The Hague, I considered it the best times of my life. I hope to make it back to Holland some day, no place in Europe I would rather be. And welcome to FR.
