BTW, sadly, it is my experience that you are correct in your assessment of VA hospitals. Although last time, I only had to wait 3 hours. Oh, well, it was 5 if you count the driving time. So, I sent e-mail on behalf of Mr. Northcut and TJ.

Welcome to FR. There are many veterans here at Free Republic. We also have troops that lurk here as well as their families that have joined FR as well.
It is wonderful here and the friends you will make will be very special. I love that we meet each others hearts and souls as we post, that is who we really are anyway.
