The bespectacled Junaid said his anti-American anger began when he was the only Muslim child at the Catholic school he attended in the city. He said he always felt left out at the school.

Maybe Grampy telling you you're Muslim first while you glommed onto the Catholics for an education cause them to feel used. Maybe going around praising Allah while a guest at another religion's undertaking made you seem ingracious and them uneasy. Maybe accepting their courtesy in exchange for your contempt created some resentment. Maybe you're simply too immature to be an American. Ever think of that? On second thought, ever think?

He said he always felt left out at the school.

Of course he did. He was a follower of a violent and evil faith and the students around him were not. He hated the opportunities he had to live in freedom and prosperity in the U.S. and the students around him did not. He wanted to live life in the 7th Century AD and the students around him did not.
