How can you be a Muslim In a Catholic school and not feel left out. Why didn't he just go to public school?

Beats me. Or even a secular private school. I guess we don't know the whole story.

Sounds to me like his gripe is with his folks. Think of the cruelty, putting a Muslim kid in a Catholic school. Oh, the inhumanity! Yeah, I got a permanent dent in my head from the nuns beaning me with a math book hehe!

They tried to murder his own mother and he wants to help them. What a horrid little person.

The kicker is, according to the article his parents fully support what he's doing.

I guess his goodbyes at the airport with her went something like "Don't worry mom- we'll get you next time for sure!"

Shhhhh. This guy is surely a plant (CIA), but I fear for his life because it's not a very believable story. If he truly wanted to hurt America he could have done much more damage here. Will the terrorist believe him? I don't think so. He's dead. Sad.

OK. So his problem started when he as the only muslim at a Catholic school. Who set up that placement, and what were they thinking?

The only politically correct stuff I ever heard at St. Constance elementary was "Your parents should vote for John Kennedy because he's a Catholic." Politics had nothing to do with it.

I suppose if a muslim came to that school he would have been very confused and upset. Maybe because THEY HAD RELIGIOUS STUFF INTERMINGLED WITH THE REGULAR CURRICULUM. AND IT WAS CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS STUFF !!!!

Sorry for the shout, but some people just need to hear it real loud before it sinks in.

"Once he goes over and joins a unit, as I understand, his citizenship becomes revocable."

i sure hope so, cause with a U.S. passport, immigration is sure to let him back in (you know, he has the RIGHT papers DUH!)
